Regarding its content, that's weird, or something. I don't know how members can have this perception of constant unworthiness or inability to obtain forgiveness if they pay attention or know much about the gospel.

If anyone is having these feelings, please meet with your bishop and confess; he'll help you in love and kindness, and all of the horrible ramifications you're imagining are somewhat unlikely and actually not horrible at all when they're part of repentance; it's much better to endure a disfellowshipment or whatever than to walk around and spend your life with such crushing guilt that you're eventually compelled to abandon the Church completely.

Be wary of peddlers of an easier way. It leads to a worse place.
