This is a pretty silly thing to insist upon, because the couple is already free to do something like this, they just have to alternate the order. In fact, many of the couples I know hold a public "ring ceremony" following their temple marriage and sealing for friends and family who could not attend the temple ordinance.

I suggest the purveyors of this petition save their effort and breath and just alternate the order. : )
